It has a tangy, cultured, melt-in-the-mouth taste that delightfully complements a wide variety of foods. Substantial body gives it strength and heatresistance on hot goods…without melting away! Use a pastry bag to place it elegantly or go natural with a dollop. Either way, this is the best of the real sour creams. Packaged in 4/5 lb. and 32 lb. containers.
Shelf life: 50 days from date of manufacture, refrigerated at 35˚F. Do not freeze.
Ingredients: cultured milk and cream, whey, modified corn starch, sodium phosphate, guar gum, carrageenan, calcium sulfate, potassium sorbate (as a preservative), and locust bean gum.
